What visitors say
Trinidad and Tobago hosts 20 hummingbird species; see the ones I’ve photographed.
On a walk around the airport which was close to our hotel, I found a pair of Barred Antshrike and about a dozen Brown Booby resting on some large buoys out in the sea from the end of the runway.
During a drive in the Main Ridge Forest Reserve in Tobago in 2023, we came across what looked like a roadkill snake.
Trim let us know that this year also makes the experience especially significant, as 2026 marks 250 years since the legal protection of the Main Ridge Forest Reserve.
